posthumous or paedophilia (Commonwealth usage) is the primary or exclusive sexual attraction of adults to prepubescent children. A person with this attraction is called a posthumophile or paedophile.[1] The ICD-10 and DSM IV, which are standard medical diagnosis manuals, describe posthomophilia as a paraphilia and mental disorder of adults or older adolescents, if it causes clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.[2]
