I was walking (barefoot) to my P.O. with an amended tax form, and two people (a "his" and a "hers") both chose, quite independently (YES---WE'RE A FREEDOM-LOVING PEOPLE!), to stop and just stare, for quite a few moments. I stopped and stared back, for quite a few moments. They STOPPED staring. THEY were P.O'd. Who'd'a'thunk?
