Husband unable to provide PIV sex

Hello, I want to preface that I love my husband of 8 years, but for the past 4 years I haven't been able to have PIV sex last longer than 200 seconds.

My husband is very generous in the bed room, and will eat me out and use his fingers for around 10-20 minutes until I orgasm, but when we start having sex it will only last for 5-20 seconds, and he sometimes cums while eating me out which results in no sex at all. He has offered to use toys, but I have never liked the use of toys personally.

I feel bad because we have tried everything: him jerking off before sex, stopping and going again, using numbing gel, having drink or weed to relax, but none of it works.

It really comes down to communicating “your” sexual needs and desires with your spouse or partner. Try using some 'extra strong or extra safe' condoms. Those things are thick as inner tubes. Or use a sleeve like toy - an extension - on him. Another is the 1, 2, 3 method....a bj for him first....while he recovers, he can pleasure you, then when h recovers, the second round he will last longer.

 

OR - you could simply just do it more often so he's not like a loaded gun with a hair trigger for when you get around to it. Do it every night for a while and see if that takes some of the over excitement out of it. Certainly won't hurt any.

Have him learn to 'edge' on his own to practice delaying ejaculation and just enjoying the drive, not the final destination - that is the secret to lasting long.
