hey i'm searching for more books from hunter s. i only read fear and loathing and it was so good. so did there excist others¡¡¡
other than FLLV, ive read: - kingom of fear -generation of swine and the rum diary i have fear and loathing in america but havent gotten around to it yet
I saw the Movie Where The Buffalo Roam last week. Bill Murray is even better than Johnny Depp in portraying Thompson. Check it out at Blockbuster or whatever videostore around you
better than sex, hell's angels, kingdom of fear and rum diary are all great you should read them. so far though i think fear and loathing in las vegas is the best i've read. i have to see where the buffalo roam. rum diary's due out this year at cinema isn't it? i'll be watching that too.
oh yea i read curse of lono, i forgot! now that was great, took me a while to get my hands on it, but it was worth it
I hadn't really heard about him until i saw Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas(Which is fucking amazing) so i went out a couple of days ago and bought the Rim Diaries. I very much recommend it.
I really recomend hells angels, he wrote it before fear and loathing. And if you've ever read the electric kool-aid acid test by T. Wolfe, you'll notice that both books speak of the same huge-ass bush party thrown by the pranksters :sunglasse
i only have read on the campaign trail of 72, the rum diary, and part of fear and loathing in las vegas. i have to go out and buy more, and i9 cant wait to see the rum diary.
yea im rereading hells Angels now an it rocks! perfect example of how ignorance combined with the media can creat something all on its own.....not to mention the book is fuckin hilarious....i also own everything HST has written, except The Curse of Lono..alos you can check out his column on ESPN .com Page2 reporters, its supposed to be sports realted, but like everything else he doens its funny as shit and gets in some good political jabs as well brian
Fear and Loathing on the campaign trail is just great, The Great Shark Hunt is awesome too. Hell's Angels should be required reading in journalism classes.
