interesting when i looked it up. the original rhyme flows much better. i guess it was a riddle.

Humpty Dumpty used to scare the shit outta me as a kid

 

i remember thinking that an egg has no business sitting up on a wall where he can fall down and get all broken up and die and stuff and that people shouldn't tell that rhyme to children.

 

He clearly violated some safety regulations. He should have gone to prison for that, where angry young black men would have made him into an omelet.
