I am no expert so may not be any help, but as you only now have experienced your first orgasm i think i can assume you are inexperienced in knowing how to give yourself one? Perhaps some perserverence and trying out a few different techniques of vibe use or masturbation with some focus on your clitoris may give you more idea of what works for you? Masturbation is funny, my wife will give me a hand job but it always takes me ages to cum, where as if i do it myself, its always faster. Why you ask? Has to be because i know what works for me. You too will achieve this i think, with patience and practice. As far as i know, the majority of women dont orgasm through penetrative sex alone, they need clitoral stimulation. Maybe you should go find a sexologist who cna help you? For now, just keep experimenting and trying to figure out what makes you orgasm.
I agree, experiment with your own body, with or without toys - see what brings you to orgasm - relax and don't stress out about it so much. It's best to be in tune with your own body and know how it works -- then things are different with your lover. If there continues to be a problem having an orgasm - then see a doctor. But I think it's because you are worried so much.
