How would you extract pure 5-MeO-DMT from the bufo alvarius venom itself?

I know you can milk a bufo alvarious for its venom that contains 5 meo dmt and other junk. Now after you milk the creature is it possible to extract just the 5 meo dmt so you can throw the poisons out to have a cleaner more safer product. If people are smoking this toad venom, what if they lick their fingers after touching the venom to put it in their pipe? And does anyone know how poisonous this stuff really is??? What if some ignorant person decides to eat the stuff instead of smoking it, upset stomach and vomiting or death??
