How would you define Peace and Love?

How would you desrcibe the Peace and Love philosophy? I think of peace not just in terms of antiwar, but inner peace, peace within yourself, and peace towards others. I.e. not being angry or agressive towards others. Living a peaceful and gentle life.

Would you say Love as in loving and forgiving others? Loving everyone? Your neighbours, people you meet on the street, at work, etc. ? (This one I struggle with).
