How will do you think spores will survive at room temp?

I have only kept them at that temperature for a month or two before use but how long do you think they could last? I would think if they are fine for a month they are fine for years assuming it did not get excessively hot. Psilocybin itself can survive heat when making a tea well above what would be comfortable for a human.

People put them in the fridge to prevent mold by low temps and prevent them germinating.
That's why they use distilled water in spore syringes, to prevent germination.
Just because you see something different in the syringe doesn't mean it got dirty or died. Germination looks like fine white lines with spores caught in them. But that and mold growing is the only room temp risks.

A year or two at room temp.

The germination rate goes down the older they get..... So new spores will germinate faster and with more vigor then 6 month old spores
