Merge everything into just one forum. "The UK".

It was like this years ago and worked fine. Then the popularity was so high that splitting it into categories was a good idea. This was mainly because idle community chat filled the one page up rather fast.

Now that facebook exists, the idle community chatter part has been removed somewhat. People still come on here for specific elements. But these are now spliced off into a variety of sections.

If only one page is too extreme, then merge it down to three at most. But the present TWELVE sections to post in is just silly. It is no longer a UK hippy website within hippy.com. It is a UK section within hippy.com and we should admit that.

    That's my thrupenny bit.

I hate Facebook, it's for moronic people with nothing to say other than 'I like soup LOLZZ'

a close friend poked me on it one time, and when I saw her in person a few hours later I poked her in the side of the head. She was angry

    WTF IS THE DIFFERENCE!!???

It's words on a screen

Facebook is full of people doing moronic things but then, so is real life. This is being human. The great thing about facebook is you can filter out the people who annoy you too much, or just delete them. Nice

You should seriously check my Facebook status'...

When you "poke" somebody on Facebook you are essentially proding them to talk to you or let them know you are around and want a chat or even just to let them know you are around...
When you do it in real life people get angry, true.
    That is the difference.
Who on earth still pokes people on Facebook anymore?
This incident occured a few years ago didn't it?

No, it happened a couple months or so ago. I've been poked a few times, I think people are trying to get me 'into it' or whatever, since they persuaded me to get the damned thing, but I can't say it's doing much for me.

Ah well, different strokes for different folks. I like it here more.

Low thread count means you're using cheaper linens... switch to higher count bedsheets... and buy more imported fabric.

I don't even know where the poke thingy is anymore.

True. I'm glad you did not say: "Each to their own"...I hate that saying.

Hells yeah. Even I've been trying to make some threads here and there, and I'm usually the guy in the corner who makes stupid comments and smells funny.
