How to Score?!#!?!??#!#?

I am new to this forum and have joined out of frustration of my present situation. I am a 40 year old married guy (no kids) who recently moved back to Dallas, TX. All my connection are long gone. How does one find a new connection being so far out of the loop? I am self employed and work from home. I have no coworkers and rarely get out. Not looking for pounds. Just something regular for personal use.

okay, let's look at the facts here. You're a 40 year old married male. You live in an apartment in texas, and you don't drink. Maybe you're really a cop looking to bust some fool for giving up a location for his dealer.

If you've been smoking for 20 years you should know how to find the shit yourself man. Just ask around, ask your neighbors...

Posting a question on an open forum makes me look like a cop but asking complete strangers face to face is a good idea? If you cannot help why bother to reply? I have obviously already asked all those I could. Was just looking for some friendly advise. Wasn't expecting to be judged.

from the posts ive read on this forum its pretty obvious that people arnt going to just tell some random person where they get there shit from. i would just suggest that you start making friends around where you live. dont ask them to give you weed but just hang out and shit. if you have done this for 40 years you should know what to do in a new enviroment. the only other thing i can think of is to go back to where u got ur stuff before and get a bunch to last you a while till you meet new people.

 

unfortunately I made most of my connections thru work. I've been self employed for a few years now so no coworkers. I grew up here but spent the last 5 in Denver. Moved back and everyone was gone.
I read a story about a guy who found someone online who agreed to be killed and eaten!!!! I thought if he could that surely I can find a little greenery. Anyway, thanks for the reply. It is nice to chat with like-minded people.

I'd find some druggie on the street and ask him where I can find some pot. He might tell me, and I might listen to him. Otherwise make friends in real life. Not on the internet. Since you have 0 coworkers, and 0 friends you must never go out. Take up a hobby. You'd be surprised how many people out there smoke pot. Just get involved with something and ask around.

I've thought about chatting up the guy at the head shop. Just don't want to freak anyone out. I seemingly freaked out some by posing the question here.

 

I very much appreciate you taking the time to write, and yes I have become somewhat of a loner and kind of like it, other than this situation.
