"ice cream in a baggie" put: 1/2c of milk or cream 1 T sugar/honey/equivalent of other sweetener 1/4 tsp. vanilla or other flavouring (mint is good cocoa works too) into: 1 sandwich sized ziplock baggie put the little baggie into: 1 one gallon size ziplock baggie along with: about a tray of ice~whatever will fit easily into the bag 4 T salt shake it baby shake it! it takes about 5-10 min's to get ice cream. make sure you rinse off the little baggie well before you try to get the ice cream out! salty ice cream sucks.
