You say sales is a felony, and say passing a joint is sales too, which by your logic is also a felony. Well, your wrong. Supplying weed without payment isn't a felony in about a 3rd of the states. Its eather a misdemeanor or a petty offense. (This does not apply when an adult supplies a minor. Thats a felony in all states and can get you in jail for a wile).

In Alaska, I believe selling anything up to an ounce is just a misdemeanor. Same with Maine and New York. In California, a minor selling less then an ounce is a misdemeanor. (Im getting this off NORML, and there famous for posting the max setences you can possibly get in there penalty list thingie)

It's not my opinion, it's the law.
Sales is defined as selling, giving away or supplying.
They ususally don't prosecute it as such, but that doesn't negate the laws' definition.
Sales of ANY amount, by an adult of minor, is a felony, everywhere in the U.S.
Again, they don't have to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

Did I say it was your opinion? What I quoted was information from Norml's website, and they are known for posting the maximum possible penalty you can get. Each state has different laws regarding marijuana.

 

i used to just grow the shit
after about 6 months you can get it down to havin about a pound of nugs every 2 months.
if you do it right thats roughly $2000 a month.

other than that youre best off buyin a pound of schwagg. dont let anyone know you have it. and sell eigths and quarters for 25/50. if folks ask for a front, tell them it was fronted to you. then try not to smoke all day long.

those are about the only two safe ways to sell pot. other than that, youre either not getting any money for your labor, or you will eventually get popped sellin some one a quarter pound.

the easiest way to make money selling...no need to buy sell buy sell cuz that shit is confusing....so grow ur own! 1 plant could get almost a pound depending on size. hell u can even grow a few plants!
