Music usually makes me feel better. I tend to draw near positive people when I'm down as well. They can see your will when you can't. Of course, a night with Crown Royal never let me down either.
Being active keeps me happy and healthy too!
Whenever I'm sort of depressed, going out and playing some disc golf can cheer me up, or running laps, or just doing anything active, as long as I'm busy...
well, lots of things make me happy. music is my number one happy medicine! I love good food too. Smiles and hugs. I like to smoke pot and take a bath. When I can (and that's not often) I like to trip or roll. Sometimes all I need is a good mind expansion to kick depressed feelings (and that goes for after the drug wears off too).
If I could have anything to make me that happiest when I'm feeling the worst, it would be a cute red-dread to rub my back while I'm drinking beer in a bubble bath. yeah...
Be happy always! Be positive, every negative thing in life can be changed into a positive one.

Right on! There's no good reason to not be happy, no matter what...
everything in life can be changed into soemthing positive? I guess I agree in theory, but applying it to real life and real hurt is hard.
Usualy just lie in bed listening to music and thinking about shit. Hell, the more I think about stuff and play out situations in my head the more depressed I get. I eventualy fall asleep and when I wake up the next morning I feel great. I only really get that depressed once in a while, usualy just feeling like total shit for one night then sleeping on it gets it all out.

Everything makes me happy. Only change and loss of something enjoyable or important makes me sad. I see grass growing and I laugh. Everything in life. I'm always pondering on it.
I just laugh at everything, makes life that much more enjoyable... its too short to be depressed.

just feeling carefree and liek everythig is great in the world. like im walking on air. i's just this natural feeling i get somtimes. no, not by weed.... usually.
what makes me mad and feel bad is racism and people being unfair. people putting others down
Running, Sex, Watching a Movie, Music.
Music is what keeps me sane. I'd be a mess without it.
