How often do you have sex?

I am lucky enough to get it once a week, I would LOVE to have it more, but my partner doesn't seem to have much sexual desire at the moment (I think it's coz he is stressed) and its driving me a bit insane!
It's also only going to get worse too coz I'm pregnant and he finds it weird. *sigh*

 

oh, u poor thing!! I remember being preggers, but I think I got it every day till the last month, then he got "weirded out"... As for right now, I get it once or twice a week, sometimes less, sometimes more, his mood determines that... (And guys say they want chicks that ALWAYS want it, BULLSHIT!!!)

Several times a week, probably like 4. It would be more, but I live in a dorm and there's the whole roommate problem I imagine when we get our apartment next semester it'll be every day.

 

So sorry to hear that, it really must be aggravating, I have it several times a week, I remember though when my wife was pregnant and after the baby was born.

It varies for me and my man. At the moment we have sex about 3-4 times a week. Before the little one arrived a year ago it was nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day. During my pregnancy we only slowed down near the end and that was due to my morning sickness and back pain. He thought I looked extremely sexy when pregnant. Luckily (for me) the more I'm satisfied the more he enjoys it.

It varies. It varies by your desires and how busy you are and state of health, etc.

The appropriate frequency is whatever frequency keeps you happy at that stage in your life. My husband and I enjoyed sex when I was pregnant. We could not be as athletic about but it sure felt good. Now that our kids are really close to being ready go out into to the world on their own, we find that we are actually having sex more often than we did during those years of kids underfoot. Now if we are watching a movie in the living room and start making out, we do not have to slip off to the bedroom for privacy, we can just get in on right there. For years we could only have sex in our bedroom (with the door closed and clocked) but now that even the youngest is off at college, we have gone back to having sex everywhere in the house, just like we did when we were first together.

I hope you and your husband are able learn about each other's needs and learn to enjoy loving each other. Sometimes, especially if you are having morning sickness, etc. -- or later on when you are exhausted from the demands of parenthood -- you may not be feeling sexy and really do not want to have sex. May I suggest that you could sometimes give your husband the gift of a loving hand job or blow job -- not everytime, sometimes he will just have to handle his own. By the same token, at times when you want sex more often than he does, he should be willing to return your sexual loving and give you oral sex or help you with a combination of mouth/hands/toys. In fact, he may find that the act of giving you oral pleasuring may help him to -- uh -- rise to the occasion -- and desire to proceed to actual intercourse. (And maybe sometimes you will also just have to take care of yourself.)

I'd cry if I wasn't getting sex when I was pregnant. Seriously that is bullshit, you definitely should talk to him. I mean your hormones are probably going crazy for sex, I know mine would be.

 

Daily when I was in a relationship. Not so daily since I have not been.

It's been a while, but I don't do flings. I flirt with second and first base on a week by week basis, usually.

 

At least once a day is what I like, but preferably more and if not I masturbate. I've never been pregnant, but knowing my luck, cause I have such a huge sex drive now, when I'm pregnant, I'll lose most of it.

Really though, it's understandable that he'd get weirded out, but it doesn't change the fact that you still need satisfaction in some way, shape, or form.
