How many times should water be supplied to the plants during the Vegetative Stage?

How many during the Flowering?

 

depends on pot size and how thirsty the plants are

lift the pot when its dry and again after watering - you can feel the difference in weight, you can use that as a guide. or you can get moisture monitors - stick it in the soil and it'll tell you when to water. or stick your finger in the soil up to the knuckle, if its dry - water. after a while you'll kinda just know when to water
