How often do you shower?

Birds never wash and they dont stink neither...if you live healthy, no chemicals in food etc you never stink like people who put stuff with chemicals in or on their body...

youre right dipping in water yes but not really washing, and here in winter when all in frozen they dont stink neither.
Dust baths yes but thats not really washing neither
like cats, licking but not really a wash...

alright, ive read through 14 pages of people who probably think im gross. i would say <1. maybe every other week, ive gone a month. i just dont feel dirty. if i dont have time i dont shower. ill sponge bath if i need it, wash my face if i remember to (i dont wear makeup, so thats not an issue) and i wash and condition my hair when i shower. when i bathe its usually with salts, so its stripping the oils down. i wash my hair with dish soap every once in a while for the same reason. you dont need a shower every day. Armpits, Asshole, Crotch and Teeth, the four key areas.

 

I shower everyday.

In the cold weather seasons, I take a shower only 1 time a day.
In the summer season, I go about 2 times a day (in the early morning after my workout and in the evening right before I go to bed).

 

Ten minute (or less) shower once a week in the winter, 1-2 times a week in the summer. I do a sponge bath most other days.

I have dry skin and this schedule works for me. I also think that many in our country bathe too often and are more prone to getting sick and have less resistance to germs etc. I never get colds or the flu.

 

Morning and evening...Twice a day.

Honestly I'm jealous of you all who can shower less than once a day. I have really oily skin, and hair and acne is an abundance on my skin still compared to most people, it's actually a light case but I still feel dirty and unconfortable if I dont shower when I wake up and before I go to bed.. Does anyone else have to deal with this too? I shower about 12-14 times a week.. 2 times a day usually

i don't have indoor plumbing. I use a towel and basin. I heat water on wood stove. Many times its not cold enough to heat water so i just change clothes. If i work real hard i will bathe if not i may got 3 weeks. In the summer i do take showers outside but only if i am sweaty. People bathe too much i think.

so i couldn't mark less than once a week because it wasn't there to pick.

 

daily. i love the feeling of being under the shower. my hair, every second day.
