2. someone less than 18 should think about working/paying taxes, to stay under the radar. black market taints the integrity of psychedelics in the public mind, and intent to distribute carries a hefty penalty for anyone.

resist the lure of money from illicit drug peddling...I even once entertained the thought of profiting off my proficient lab skills when I was younger; glad I didn't, or I probably wouldn't be here typing this.

I'm not sure how the adult system works really but isn't prison only for if you got a year or more? In USA I am pretty sure jail is less than a year prison is a year or more. And a juvenile will go to Juvie or some bullshit Rehab where they will hold you untill you pretend that you hate drugs and renounce your evil old ways. Just front em brah, iv been through that shit since I was not even a teenager. Tell em what they wanna hear (unless they want you to narc then either keep your mouth shut, forget peoples names, etc...don't be a snitch). I bet you get probation if it is ya first offence.

 

Intent to sell and all that stuff is set by the amount of the drugs you have (something like 20 beans would be intent to distribute or some shit like that). It doesnt matter if you are just using it for your personal use or actually going to sell it.

 

id be careful about selling LSD, ive heard that they have really harsh laws for it.

 

in California you would get 5 years, but serve almost none of it.

I believe you would also become ineligible to receive federal student financial aid if you are charged with a drug-related crime. I don't know the details of this, though. It's just something that guidance counselors always threatened me with when I was in high school.

 

Yeah, for FAFSA. They don't take it all away, but they cut it in half which sucks because they hardly give you shit in the first place. It's for any drug charge I believe, be it felonious or misdemeanor.
