How Much Do You Earn?

    This is my first thread, so please excuse me if this isn't a great topic.

    My question for you is... how much do you earn? Please write the exact figure. Job title or field will help. Do you like your job? What are your career goals and aspirations?

    I'm retired but recently on my way back from the gym I said to my wife, "Wife, my palm is itchy, we're coming into money. I think I'll be getting some today."

    Then we went home and stopped at the mailbox. There was only one letter in there and it was from the Neilson people. They sent me a dollar to fill out my radio listening habits for one week. Now, I figured that's easy money as I seldom listen to the radio. So I pocketed the cash and waited for my little book to arrive. In a few days it showed up, and there was another dollar with it! Then they sent me another dollar just to make me feel guilty if I wasn't filling out the form.

    That's three whole dollars! Deluxe. That's the most money I've earned in eight years! Now, don't tell anyone as I'm not going to declare this on my Federal Income Tax return next year as it may push me into a higher bracket.

    I still have it, the whole wad as I haven't figured out how to spend it yet...I want to savor it for awhile.

    I have no Idea what the Exact Figure is But I Carried on working after Retirement age So Thats About £ 500 Pw ( for Four Days )
    Then I have Two Private pensions that I collect on and the Normal UK Pension !!
    Its Enough anyway I can Manage

    Just enough to pay the bills and save some for an emergency/some unforeseen expenses (or something fun :D) but I am usually close to being broke after spending money on the latter. I rarely work more than 3 days a week whichs suits me fine :)

    As a business owner, I get whatever is left over at the end of the month, after everybody else is paid. It could be a lot, it could be nothing. It varies.
