I do 25-30 pushups every night before bed at least once, sometimes after I do my crunches I do another set of 25-30. I could certainly manage 50, but my arms would hurt a little, 100 is way out of my league.
I used to be able to do at least 50 when I was younger, now it's probably way less than that.. I'm pretty good at push ups though.
I do same deal, or at least I did for a long time. Starting to do it again after slackin off. I don't count though, I just go until I feel I'm about to give. I'm probably in the 30 range, consistently. Doing two sets of push ups with a short break is a good way to up the amount.
i just tested myself yesterday - writing new training program for myself. just one of the many tests i did 1 minute pushup test - 46 next time i test my goal is 55.
I just tried right now to respond to this thread and i did 30. I already did some pull ups earlier so i might be able to do like 50 at most.
In high school gym i did about 20 in a minute Given time i could prolly do at least 30 or 40 maybe 50... i havnt tried in a while
i don't know if you heard me counting.. i did over a 1000 actually i don't know how many or if i can do them... i have a blown shoulder.. so it would probably pop out of socket trying to do them
35, first rep. 75 second.. i shouldnt do any more though cause might make my nerve pain worse.. I used to live on Push Up.. not the sherbert kind but there good too..
get a deck of cards.. A's are 15/ or 20 if you can handle it. face cards are 10.. play a poker hand .. draw 5 cards and do them. See how far you can get..
