It is estimated that there are between 9 000 000 000 and 12 000 000 000 individual webpages out there in cyberspace. That's a whole lot. Estimates show that around 20% and maybe even as much as 30% of all these pages are filled with sex pictures and movies. I have always wondered how many people there are with one or more pictures showing themselves naked, hidden somewhere in cyberspace. There are around 1 billion people with an internet-connection today, so many people have access. Of course some professional porn men and women have many thousands of sets of pix and movies of themselves. They probably make up the bulk of all these explicit pics on the net. But let's count them as one person. On the other hand, many ordinary, non-professional people have felt the need to show themselves naked to others too, in a more discreet way, at some time in their lives (many of them regret it, others thought it was fun). So how many people do you think we're talking about in total? How many individuals have or have had a naked pic or sexually explicit movie of themselves somewhere in cyberspace?
Oh My.. that's a lot. What a nice world... i would never post a naked picture of myself, i dont even have naked pictures lol!
Sometimes I wonder why I am such a Good Person. I spend hours on writing extremely interesting topics to which no one responds. Being Good is such a loner's hobby...
And just while I was writing that, AmyLeeLoo was so kind to scribble some words... what a coincidence. And welcome AmyLeeLoo, you look like a Good Person too. There are no pics in your gallery. Or did you just delete them after you read the poll?
why is that people dont respond to your threads? I think they're interesting, where else do u have one i can read
-I had one about Indian mathematical concepts of love-making http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127628 -There's one about the surprising research which shows that men prefer big labia minora over small lips http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=123421 -And I had one about the attractiveness of having sex with a person who suffers from the Syndrome of Gilles de la Tourette http://www.hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138622 Have your pick and thx for your support, Good Person.
LOL! That he does. Some people have nekkid pics of themselves and it is art. Do you think all nudity is porn?
You are way too judgemental. Are you saying that people who post nude photos of themselves are bad people?? How can you just jump to that conclusion without knowing their heart?? I, for one, have posted nude photos. It has helped with my own self esteem, and not being comfortable with my body. It's quite liberating..maybe you should try it. There is absolutely nothing wrong or dirty with a nude body...it's beautiful. Edit.. I don't really give a damn how many people have done this. Statistics are bullshit anyway. You may want to stop wasting your time on your statistics, and actually concentrate on important things.
And how about nudists? They aren't bad people just because they are nude, either. Millennia ago, nudity was a normal aspect in the life of the human animal. Things have changed in the last whatever centuries as social expectations began to solidify(with the help of religions in many cases) to the point where it has become something that is considered taboo, or at the very least something to be hidden as a display of "modesty". Of course, not everyone agrees with this. That's why we've had movements that promote liberal stances toward nudity, and why we have nudism/naturism. I for one have always believed that modesty does NOT necessarily equal to covering up your nude body, but rather having the heart to show compassion for others and to know how to act responsibly and appropriately in different situations. Same thing goes for losing virginity and still maintaining your innocence, but that's getting off-topic... Anyway, enough rambling from me...
No prob. Well, that's essentially one of the key things that turn anarchy into chaos in our present world: the lack of self ontrol and respect for self and others. Anyway, to stay on topic... I haven't posted nude pics of myself so far, but I have posted some crotch shots of me in underwear. I seriously doubt that would make me a "bad" person since I happen to find it rather liberating, and I consider being liberated to be a wonderful thing. I would imagine there are quite many people who have posted nude pics of themselves and, as long as they weren't forced into such situations, why the hell not?? What I AM concerned about is if/when society makes them feel as though they should be ashamed of it and/or makes them feel unnecessarily victimized as the result of the societal "standards".
Keep wondering. Maybe you should make a topic about it. Why is johnschlong such a Good Person? Shit, maybe you should write a BOOK about it! That would be AWESOME. It would be extremely interesting and a best seller for sure.
And sugarmaggie, you are always way too interpretive. Nowhere in my post did I indicate a moral opinion about people showing themselves naked in cyberspace. Read it again. You are putting words in my mouth. I was just curious. There's no reason to turn someone elses curiosity into a moralistic debate. I just wondered: how many pics of naked people would the ever-changing and ever-growing database of cyberspace contain? This is an entirely neutral question. Cheers, Johnschlong.
Is this not suggesting that good people don't post nude pics?? Sorry if I'm being too "interpretive"...I may have read it wrong..
Sugarmaggie, common, that was humor!! But on another note: thank God your pics are still online. I like especially because your dressed -- this allows us to dream and desire about what's under those clothes...
Well i apologize then..I guess I just don't get your humour. Maybe throw a or on there when you're trying to be humourous... I guess I've given you a hard time. It was the whore thread, you know....
Well, yes, you *blasted* me out of that thread! I'm almost entirely recovered though. ( ) Sugarmaggie, do you have a boyfriend or a fiance or a husband or/and children or any similar plans? I'm from Europe, I'm a handsome man, with a good income, friendly, romantic and cultured (despite the whore thread), and you are intelligent and beautiful and gorgeous and American and gorgeous, so why don't we have a chat? I could send you flowers and pot, pot grows here legally in our basements (I'm from the Low Countries). Or I could send you chocolates if you prefer. Or I could make a big package and send everything together so you can have a ball. I love you sugarmaggie.
