First off, it's not just a baby name...It's a name that the poor kid has to live with for their ENTIRE LIFE! Unless, of course, they choose to change it.

Having said that, I already have a "Daughter", my god daughter...her name is Gracie May...Obviously, I didn't choose her name...

In the future, I would love to have sons...I don't think I could handle more girls...And I don't care if I have 1 child or 11 children...I'll be happy.

The one name that I am certain will be used for one of my sons will be the name Christopher, after one of my best friends who passed on in May.

I'd like two kids, one of each. For the girl, I'd like something like Natalie, or Melody, or something along those lines....although I really like the name Rowan too. (BF isn't too keen on Rowan lol) For the girl, I like Aiden or Simon. :)

I don't actually want any children, but for names, I'd like something interesting, a little unique. Not John or Brian or whatever (not that they're bad names, I just find unique or rare names more interesting personally). I would like to give them a name based on a famous historical or mythological character, like Inanna or something equally beautiful in sound.

one of my friends said a few years back that if she ever had kids she'd name them all after alcoholic beverages. Jack Daniels, Margarita, etc.

I want 4 kids, gender doesn't matter because I have names picked out for 4 girls or 4 boys. Or at least, if I end up marrying and having children with my boyfriend.

    Girls:
    Zoe Lisette
    Sophia Reina
    Emilie Natalia
    Gwenyth Madelyn

    Boys:
    Owen Xavier
    Arthur Garreth
    Kyle Jacob
    Graham Elliot

My boyfriend's last name is Petersen which makes names somewhat difficult, because alot of our favorite names (like Aidan, Ethan, Kieran) wouldn't sound good with an -en ending. Oh well...

this was something that i always saw girls doing when i was younger.. picking out their future children's names... personally i never could comprehend picking out someone's name who isn't even born yet, much less even conceived... i think i'll know what to name them when i see them... though i think i'll have a few thought up while i'm pregnant... :) maybe names don't really mean anything, but i still want it to feel right to call my children by the names i pick for them... so yeah.. i'll be picking out names with the father when i'm pregnant :D

My parents didn't name me until I was born and said I "just looked like an Allison". I haaaaaate my name now and it doesn't suit me at all, so I would rather put alot of thought into my children's names and name them something that means something to me rather than be name them something completely random like I was. Each name and middle name has a special significance to me.

I want one child. I would prefer a boy, but only because I'm scared of having a little girl like me!!

For a boy I want the name Bradley Jerome
For a girl I like either Delilah Sunshine or Rebekah Lynn

I dont know if I am able to have children, very small percent chance i can.. But thats what adoption is for..
But if I am ever able to have children, I just want one. Hopefully a little boy and I would name him Tosh Rivers (haha i know, but i like it :D) if it was a girl Id name her after my dad Randy, I think Randy for a girl is pretty.

I want kids. I'm used to a really big family and I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have one but because of having such a big family (for my grandma's 90th birthday we had 140 relatives show up and that was just the "close" family) we have some really weird naming problems. Like for instances I have a grandpa named Doug and his half brother is also Doug and I also have another uncle, and three cousins named Doug. So Doug is already a "restricted name'' in my family.

With that said everyone that is having kids in my family right now (which is alot to saw the least because we have alot more girls then boys) has to resort to "unique" names but they're still picking names the tend to pop up a whole lot more then one would think. Or else they just have to spell popular names in weird ways like Jewleeghanna or Allxzanndraa. Now there's something mean to do to your kid. Imagine being five and trying to spell you name.

Anywho her are the names I like,

    For a girl:
    River
    Kylee
    Carmen

    For a boy:
    Lucus
    Cody
    Jeremiah

    someday I want four kids.

    names I like...

    girls -
    Lilly
    Isabella/Bella
    Violet
    Ruby

and middle names maybe Grace, one will definatley have Leocardia, which is a name that all the eldest girls in my family have had for many generations.

For boys, i think Finn, Felix, Sebastian, Owen, Lucas/Luke and Lauchie are all pretty cool.

I want nine children: Six boys and 3 girls. Names (and orginins):

Boy: Ahdie Isaiah (Ahdie = was Harpo Marx's nickname, Isaiah = Biblical prophet)
Boy: Chaim Zephaniah (Chaim = really cute Jewish name, Zephaniah = Biblical name)
Girl: Evelyn _______ (Evelyn is just gorgeous, and I plan on giving her the middle name of her Astrological sign. So like Evelyn Aries, Gemini, Taurus, whatever..or possibly just Evelyn Lucille because I'm an "I Love Lucy" fan and the SF Giants' mascot is a big boy seal named "Lou Seal")....I also might end up using the first name Eulalia (yoo-lahl-yah) since Evelyn is getting so popular. I grew up as Jessica #4 in school and it's really annoying, so my kids aren't going through THAT! So yes, either Evelyn or Eulalia for the eldest daughter.
Boy: Shashenka Mikhail (I'm a Russophile, need I explain? Mikhailavich is also my favourite writer's middle name)
Girl: Svetlana Roma Heidi (Again, I'm a Russophile! The middle name, Roma, is in honour of one of the major Gypsy groups that died during the Holocaust, and I've always loved the adorable name Heidi, plus I'm German so...).
Boy: Alexsis Timothy (Alexis, the son of Russia's last tsar, whose very poignant life ended much too soon [don't get me started, I could talk about how much I love him allllll day], and Timothy is my dad's middle name and I wuv my dad).
Boy: Gavrie Theodore. (Gavrie = such a cuuute Russian name, and Theodore after one of my favourite US Presidents).
Girl: Vada Sinti Ophelia (Vada is nice and the main character of one of my favourite movies ["My Girl"], Sinti is the other major Gypsy group slain in the Holocaust, and Ophelia is just...how freakin' gorgeous is this Shakespearian name?!)
Boy: Charles Zvonomir (odd, one extremely English name, and one extremely Hungarian name...anyway, Charles after my belovéd Charlie Chaplin and Charles Dickens, and Zvonomir...just a lovely Hungarian name)

As stated, I'm very much enamoured with Russia. My favourite country, favourite language, my favourite writers are all from there (exception being Mark Twain), my favourite historical family (apart from the Marx Brothers, of course hehe) is the Romanov family, the most gorgeous names originated in Russia, I'm a Socialist, Russian food is delicious (however for religious reasons, I don't drink), the Russian people, collectively, just seem so strong, hard working, warm, gentle, and good-spirited.
And I'm not Jewish, but I feel a deep love for the culture and religious traditions in Judaism. Hebrew is a beautiful language, I'd love to visit Israel some day, plus I'm going to minor in the history of the Holocaust (major in the Russian language, surprise surprise!!!) in college, so that's really how I became interested in Judaism was reading about the poor innocent Orthodox men getting their beards shaven off (that brought me to tears! :(), so I went online and learnt a lot about traditions and such in Judaism so...

Yeah, anyway, I'm a overly timewarped kid who likes Russian names, typically Jewish names, and classical names. A couple of 'em apparently are pretty popular right now, but hey, at least they mean something to me and at least they're not Ava or Kaiden (gag!!!)...

Idealistically, I'd have a big family. Realistically, considering the fact that all of the careers I've considered so far are demanding time wise and every guy I've ever been interested was, like, a law major, I'll probably have one or two kids.
