If they're really dry, they can last like a year in an airtight bag out of the elements. If they're wet, they'll go moldy in a couple weeks. Why do you asK?
Well, if you just have it in a normal bag then you could proble keep it fresh for a while before it got stale, just keep it in a nice cool place. If you are talking about long term storage then put it in an airtight jar, bag, container and store it in a cool place and you could proble keep it for a year if you wanted, but about after a year weed starts losing it's potency.
If you store in an airtight glass jar in the freezer and never really open the particular freezer, THC degradation is almost non-existant. I've heard of people curing their tree for up to a year or two. I'd love to try some slow-cured (1 year+) to see what it's like.
Aha, yeah I've heard the same. Get yourself a little glass jar and pop a bud in, save it for later. Sounds good.. but a year? Ya never know when you're gonna need that little guy.
Cesar is absolutely correct,I use vacum sealed containers and have nugs from 2-3 years ago and they are every bit as potent as they were when cured out.
Nice dude, I've heard the nugs get darker and have a way different taste, do you notice a big difference in those aspects versus the stuff you cure for, say, a month? Whispering: This is something more like what cultivators would do to a portion of their harvest as to have some slow-cured buds for connoiseur purposes.
They get darker, smoke smoother, burn cleaner and what I like to see;nothing but pure white ash when burned.Only obtained from carbon based grows.I always have some left over from a prior harv that gets stored for long durations as the new presents itself. With all my bogart bros its amazing anything lasts that I keep. From dried too........ To sealed 3 gal buckets......... To canning jars for cure
Could have sworn I just posted but it didn't show.. anywho So you crazy bastard, you do organics indoor? Nice manicure job also, what strain is that in the top pic? Filled out pretty nicely for organics from the buds I've seen. hats off.
Shunkberry in the top and bucket and jars have m-39.The skunkberry yields very well,a couple of the tops are over a Z each cured.Long dry process with the density.co2 works wonders in soil..
after a month you should see it would get pretty dry...i know people that find a stash thats been sitting there for months and smoked it and was fine
