he was stricken from every tablet, every obelisk, etc.... meanwhile, there aren't busses that go most of the places I need to go to, esp. not on the time table I need to get there, so I drive a car that gets 36-38 mpg epa rating and I make sure to keep the tires full, the oil clean etc. and I carpool whenever at all possible
I ride a bicycle. Publick transportation is unhealthy in itself. The people on there are all on crack
in philly we have 1 of the most expensive, & the worse public transit systems. if i could i wouldnt ever use it, but i can only do so many miles when its real hot or real cold.. but almost always i hike at least 1 direction of any trip & might take the bus back out on the west coast, & nw the public transport systems are 100 times better at 1/6th the cost
Well, most people are always complaining about " ITs too cold, hot, im too lazy, fat, whatever" IM not trying to be macho or anything, but imagine the mideival ages. have you ever seen "the last samurai?" they are all out sparring in the rain. dont give a shit. nowadays if it starts to rain people are all flipping out running to get out of it, omg, my hair might get wet. I been riding Septa for 20 years now. There is nothing bad about the system; it's the scumbags that use the system. And about it being expensive. $2 is a lot? Don't think so. I'm willing to pay at least $3 before I start bitching. Most of the buses now are designed to where the exhaust pipe is on top of the bus so the people at the station don't have to directly breathe in the harsh fumes. That alone is worth my 2 dollars. They about to strike again though. Shit blows.
