How fast do you text message?

and how long are your texts... what is your teqnique?







I just want to be shallow and ask this.


I'm doing more research.

 

i dont' text message at all

 

i text pretty fast. i cheat and use T9. depending who im texting, and whats it about i can text one word to 3 pages of texts.

 

I text REALLY fuckin' fast, and for the most part I use up as much of my 160 char limit as possible. I'd have 7 pages, but it seems that most cell phones/companies don't support that big of a text

 

I dont care for texting long texts... I use T9 too

I text really fast too, believe it or not. Usually during our texting I'd end up having sex or something and couldn't text for a while.. That's why I would take hours to text anything back. :tongue:

I text fairly fast and I say what I gotta say and that's it.

 

i text message just as fast as i type. i used to have 200 which wasnt even close to enough because i always went over. i just switched companies and now i have 400 a month...hopefully thatll work out

 

Why text when you can just call the person?

 

im not always in an environment where i can make a call (classroom, work, etc) and sometimes i just rather text for a quick message rather than make a 15 second call

 

quicker, if you just need info but have no time or privacy.

 

Never text messaged in my life, and I hate the very idea of it. Go figure, I don't even own a cell phone.

 

My sister's deaf and she had one of the first TTY's on the market in the late 70s so she can text/type like a whirlwind. I'd rather talk on the phone.


The TTY and closed-captioning were lifesavers for me; I didn't have to talk to all her stupid teenage girlfriends on the phone or translate every frigging lame TV show for her anymore. Yeah, I'm selfish that way.

 

I wish I could get by with 400. I get 2500 texts a month and still come close to going over at times.

 

I go over mine... Its because I have a friend who ONLY texts... so annoying man!

 

I think I have unlimited but I only use a hundred or so a month so I'm not sure. No, it's unlimited.

 

Who's your carrier?

Cingular. It's like five bucks a month for unlimited.
