Pretty much. Post threads in the appropriate categories. Avoid personal attacks of other members. Only show your schlong in private albums. You should be good.

you may want to read the HF FAQ http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/faq.php and also the forum guidelines http://www.hipforums.com/forumguidelines.htm I personally recommend against posting anything especially controversial or personal until you've been here for a while. It's easy enough for a newbie to get labeled a troll, since a lot of newbies are trolls. I'd also advise against posting commercially related links, for similar reasons. We have mostly free speech here, but the mods have quite a bit of discretion in what threads they can lock or delete. How threads are handled can differ from forum to forum The "Hip Forums Home" link in the top left hand of your screen will take you to active threads list. You can also go to particular forums that interest you, and make a list of forum favorites. If a post on a thread contains spam or is harassing, you can report it to a mod using the triangle icon in the lower left-hand corner of the post. If you like or dislike a post, you can give a thumbs up or down (top right hand corner), or give it + or minus rep (scales icon in the lower left).
