I am not a chubby person, however, I have fat on my side abs.Some one told me that once you have fat there, if you workout, then that chunk of meat is going to stay there forever. I have seen workout ads where some chubby guy turns muscular, but that chunck of meat on his side abs is still there, it just turned into muscle. It doesnt look too pleasent, how do i get rid of it???
