I have a growing out pixie. It was very short all over in July. Plus, I'm growing out color so I can let my grays come in naturally. It was like this in Oct. I've been trimming the bangs and the back. Now, I'm wanting something like this while it's growing out. It's wavy and thick so it gets bushy-looking in a hurry. I want the back straight across; not the little duck tail point.
Well I'm a hairstylist so I do whatever I want, whenever I want. Currently I'm growing it out and its a little past my shoulders with some bangs that angle to the side. I just got it trimmed on Tuesday when we refreshed the teal and green color.
The cut I need/want is So Simple, yet hair stylists seem almost incapable of understanding what I'm saying...I say this by their results. I've also learned to only let ONE person cut my hair...well, 2 counting my BIL.. I want a simple blunt, straight edge cut. NO LAYERS! No angle it forward! Lordhavemercy, I about lost my mind fixing a cut with that angled longer toward the front, and I specifically SAID NO ANGLES!!! Just Straight Across. __________________________________________________ The reason I can't (won't) get a hair cut like Aeri showed above (which I do love) is because my head shape is soooo not right for a short cut, layered to my head. A good head shape (which I'm sure Aeri has) is like a ? basically. My head is shaped like my brother's...and the rounded back part of the ?/head is sort of flattened out. My head just sort of slopes from the crown to my neck...not good for a female short, pixie type cut. ^ probably tmi, but I'm too lazy to back space or highlight it, backspace and take it out.
My pediatrician told my mom that if a baby spends a lot of time on it's back then the head will be flatter back there. I guess my mom kept me on my stomach alot; which babies don't like as much. That must be when I started being a bitchy girl, lol.
The Mullet is making a comeback. http://www.thegloss.com/2015/03/04/beauty/anne-sofie-madsen-mullet-haircut-style-trend-paris-fashion-week-photo/
It's been a few months since my last haircut, but usually I'll leave it a bit longer on the top but shorter in the back and sides.
your legs are tired? same. it really doesn't matter at the time of the haircut, but it quickly starts to grow into some sort of a mullet thing if i don't make the back shorter than the top.
I'm actually gonna be getting a haircut in a month or so, when it gets warmer. First time in years. Got tired of it being long. I'm getting it cut to be like this guy
I'm getting a haircut soon. I've had long hair for ages so I want to chop it all off into a blunt bob an inch or two above my shoulders with textured ends
also ruby, does my description make sense or should I take a picture? I've heard hairstylists dont like when people bring pictures in but I'm always afraid my directions wont suffice. I'm stressing about this too much lol
