what type of steak? what toppings or sauce? i like big, thick juicy t-bones (like the one i started last night and finished for lunch today) and also prime rib. i like prime rib in it's own juice. i LOVE sauteed wild mushrooms and onions on my steak and if it isnt seasoned enough, then i like to add worchesershiner sauce.
yesterday i had pms and was all drained and then i ate this huge steak and i got all this physical and mental energy. it was great. i love protein.
I love any kind of steak and I love to cook mine in mushrooms and onions. Do you ever use wine for marinating your steaks? What do you normally use as side dishes when you cook steak? I'm having that situation you had last night right now. I'm wrapped up in a blanket. I'll have to try eating steak to see if my energy level increases.

unfortunately, LoL, it takes endless hours to assimilate even the tiniest portion of the protein inside cooked meat actually most of it ends up being consumed by bacteria in the intestines beofre we can use it this is why I sharpen my teeth with a metal file and I hunt live animals, for I am a deadly predator now, and rip into their living flesh with my teeth I like to feel their pain right in my very spirit and soul as I rip out their jugular, then I drink their blood like some sort of vampiric parasite in the night, and I howl and roar at the moon and terrify everything in the vicinity and run off before the authorities figure out the chucacabra likes to post about his stuff on the inernet omg, I feel so GOOD after now, after I eat the live cow...
I like it pretty rare and I like it marinated. I'll eat it with steak suace if it's dry, but usually rare steak isn't dry at all
No seasoning but perhaps a little salt, even that really isn't necessary... and really, really rare... like just warmed up. On the grill/fire is best but well, that's a bit of a hassle for one steak so I usually cook it in a frying pan. Pepper steak is good too though.
I had steak today. I slice it up and fry it in a little olive oil with tumeric, massala powder, chilli, garlic, salt and black pepper. If your going to BBQ a braising steak then soak it overnight in doctor pepper or coke. It breaks down the fat and gives it more flavour.
i prefer to use italian dressing. it does the same, and it gives it an awesome tang, like steak sauce.
