How Do You Like Your Oatmeal?

    I prefer the traditional oats. We used to soak it overnight and reduce the cooking time in the morning. Rather than sugar, I preferred just a pinch of salt. The cinnamon sounds great, I must try it some day.

    1 part almond milk to 1 part water. Dash of salt whilst cooking. A little brown sugar and a splash of almond milk around the edge once in bowl.

    Thick texture (not runny), hot, add brown sugar and a banana

    Oh man, I love oatmeal. Thick and chewy, with fresh fruit, pumpkin and cinnamon, or black strap molasses and banana.

    I wanna try to get into this. Seems the best option to reduce my other grain intake (mainly bread).
    I suspect I will pass on the pumpkin though!
