For eating I like them different, but you did not state that in your original post. For eating I like them boiled. Then cut off the top, add some salt and spoon it out.
You should. Just boil them long enough, so it is at least solid enough to be able to spoon it out. The yellow stuff may stay liquidish though. And remember to add a pinch of salt and perhaps some pepper or chili-powder. Or whatever else you would like.
6-8 minutes in boiling water. But if you like them softer you can shorten the time or if you like them harder you can prolong the time.
