After talking to a few people on here and getting to know them I realized that some have different ways of getting to work and the distance that they live from work. I drive 28 miles each way to and from work, there is no public transportation for me to take so that is my only way of getting there and back home. In the morning it will take me about 30 minutes on the interstate and in the afternoon it will take around 40 minutes to get home. What is the main way that you travel and why do you travel that way is it a choice or an only option?
I live 20 miles away from work. I walk, get a train and then get a bus, and then my employers drive me the last few miles. It takes over an hour. I can't wait to pass my driving test to get all this nonsense over with! In terms of generally getting around, like at the weekends, it's either in lithium's car or we cycle.
I travel 66 km per day to work and back . We have no public transport to speak of and atleast in the car i can play my music really load so i dont mind the commute
I live about eight miles from where I work. It takes about 10 minutes to get there by car -- give or take, depending on the time of day/traffic. About 75% of my route to work is via expressway.
I walk to work and back because it is only 15mins from home if you take the short cut through the park. I cycle to the market and other stores and to the beach. Use public transport (a wee electric train tram thing) to go to the city.
Hello, if I am not at a customer's site I take the bus in the mornings and after work I usually walk home. Regards Gyro
I work at home...but sometimes do mobile work mines like this but the suspension is raised higher than stock...I have others but this is my most used vehicle
not more than 30 minutes worth away except a few times Ive had old customers that moved away and insisted on paying me to travel farther for them..I remember one job was a 8 hour round trip just in driving time..and i couldnt do it all at once so they paid for two trips lol
it wasnt easy back then..that one was about 16 years ago before I was licensed and back before I charged what i was worth..and gas was around 50 cents a litre
