I remember awaiting my exam results.I could feel my gums tingling. ( and no I hadn't taken speed ) I'd say hard cardio exercise.Deep breathing/stuff like yoga , tai chi. Meditation or music and just talking to people/watching sthg interesting on tv
I'd love to do something, but I have to be studying many other things... So... How can one possibly stop thinking about school exams when studying something else..
I know the temptation is to cram learning all day. But I think a cardio burst then neuro-linguistics , breathing , even self hypnosis or stuff would make someone much more efficient. And nutrition , plus no tea or coffee.
No prob , oh and herbal type stuff might help. Oh BTW , the deep breathing won't work if u've got a bong attached to your mouth
It reminds me of this story of an ultra square physics genius who went to Oxford. Was always miserable , scoring 100 percent , never went out.And worried as fuck about dropping 1 percent after each exam. In the last week at uni , he decided to take some drugs and go to one party. And became uncharacteristically smiley. Next week , no-one could understand why , when the results came out , he'd failed. It turned out , in his exam papers , he'd done nothing other than written his name 400 and something times !!!
One of my friends was pretty similar actually. Reckons the drugs saved his life. Altho he almost lost it 10 times after the choice...! But he'd say deep joy..!
