i would feel weird buying milk in any government. it's not like i'm going to do anything with it once it's bought.

I try not to go to the store for single items. I like to get a week's worth of shopping done in one trip.

i bought and drank a gallon of milk at least once a week when before i broke my refrigerator.

now i buy one of those little one cup bottles whenever i do go to the store and drink it as soon as i get home,
or even while i'm waiting for the bus to come home on.

fascist governments are any government that normalizes inconsiderateness, which i would cordually welcome to not exist.

governments that don't keep people from starving, or make infrastructure useful to everybody
and without screwing up the environment to do so,
    have no reason to exist.

but making everything have to be about money, has even less reason to exist then governments.

(and of course i buy everything else i need at the time when i'm getting milk too.)

other then being mutually inconvenient, how did fascism get connected with buying milk?

Depends. Can I have almond milk or do I need some goverment cow to give me my milk? As a vegan and socialist I need to ensure that my goverment rations are up to my standards of animal cruelty. I sure will not be working for my drink. I can only depend on big goverment to take care of me. I feel however I need to feel as long as there is no guns and no one is rich.

i don't care about rich. poverty and wealth are a manufactured condition. what i do care about is for people to not be harassing each other. when they are, that is tyranny whatever form or ideology of government or belief or anything else. no guns is a good idea i'm all for. more to the point then guns specifically, would be no easy way for people to kill or injure each other, but more to the point even then that, would be for no one wanting to.

i've found most non-milk milks constipating. everyone has a different metabolism so i hope most other people don't have that same problem.
when i drank a lot of milk it was usually 2%. but now that i don't get to often, when i get the chance i'll drink whole or even half and half to make up for it.

I kinda buy long life milk in the small milk cartons that way I always have milk plus it's good for camping. You can also get the goats milk in the same way. So I'm rarely ever in need to go to shops for just milk.

is long shelf life ways of packaging milk really that reliable? i wish i could find something like that where i live.
i mean you can get evaporated milk in cans and powdered non-fat dry milk, but i haven't seen milk packaged in a way as to reliably not require refrigeration otherwise.
(dry milk always tastes a bit off, no matter how you mix it, and evaporated milk comes in cans too large to not rot once you open them. maybe i'm looking in the wrong places in the wrong ways, but i haven't found any sort of long life milk packaging that does not require refrigeration other then those)

It's reliable... I mean... It's never been non reliable... You keep it on the shelf, someone comes over asks for a coffee and your milks there. Done deal. No worries.

sounds great. i just don't think i've ever seen it. unless you mean like those non-dairy powdered coffee creamers. those are ok, but like the name on the label says, they're not milk.
and the ones that are liquid still need to be refrigerated, so i have to guess you're talking about something else. i've seen the kind of boxes with a straw, but those i've seen need refrigeration too.

The ones I get are like a small juice box and come in a case of 24x they're liquid, just long shelf life. Perfect for camping. :)

while i have very strongly negative feelings about the normalization of inconsiderateness and harassment that are what,
and the more so when it is based on or excused by some sort of bias, i consider fascism,
i have no particular feelings about buying milk. and thanks irm, i shall look for these and give it a try if i see them.

i'm not real clear why anyone would feel anything about buying milk.
might wish i could live on enough land somewhere that i could have a cow or a goat,
but i don't think i'd really try to keep and look after one.

maybe i could trade eggs or build chicken coops instead though, or 3d print parts for things.

Even if the Australian government turned fascist, we would still use the metric system because its like not the 18th century anymore
