I am too a very sensitive person and it angers me when guys make such inappropriate and heartless comments. I have had it happen to me more then once with my husband. One time he mentioned how he used to have girls with really huge tits and why can't i have really huge tits. Well you know what, why can't you have a bigger dick?!? Ofcorse i didn't say that, i'm not that insensitive.

All guys will make insensitive comments. If you can live with it then stay with him. If you can't then move on before you end up marrying the jerk.
