How can I get my music library easily onto the Itunes thingy... It's only accepting some music, one file or something. Or can I just upload the tunes directly to Ipod from Windows Media Player?

Import the music to iTunes by selecting the folder on your hard drive which contains the music.

then maybe you should put all the music you want on your ipod into that one folder.

The DRM restrictions for buying audio tracks via iTunes is something like 3 copies allowed. I think you can burn the track to an audio CD. The only disadvantage for normal users is if they use iTunes on a Windows-based machine. Eventually, the hdd will be formatted due to errors that can't be repaired. OSX doesn't have these issue's, so if you use a Mac you're pretty much safe.

The way around this is to burn the audio tracks to audio CD (not directly copying to CD-R), then import the music from the audio CD.

You could try using a program called Floola: Link
I have used it, and it's worked great so far. The only problem is, you still may need to convert some of your music for it to work on the ipod.

I recently put a different OS on my ipod called RockBox: Link
It's pretty cool, I'm still getting used to it. The one thing I love about it is, you can drag-and-drop music to your ipod! And you don't need to convert music for it to work.

It does it automatically, and if you want to put a cd in there, it comes up and you select it and select convert to aac. it'll be alright and i swear its not a currupt programme this itunes just bear with it and you'll be alright.
