I have some photos I took and are in jpg but are too large (about 3000kb to 1000kb) to put in the gallery. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to shrink them down to 150kb so I can post them inthe galleries? Thanx!

Some Photosites (like photobucket) will do a resize for you, or, you can just open your picture in Paint, or something...
    Select all, (Ctrl-A) then Stretch/skew (Ctrl-W), then instead of 100% - 100% make it...25% or 30% or 50%, what you like...

I Hope this helps you some...

    Peace

Check out the menu on your digital camera, most cameras have settings to reduce the resolution in your photos thereby reducing the jpgs in your photos making them able to post. Cool??

Download Irfanview on your computer. Then open the file in it and save it in Irfanview. (You might have to change the settings to get it the size you want it)
This is the easiest thing I've found and you don't notice any difference in the quality of the photos.
