A lot of vendors that I know of won't even ship to P.O. Boxes.

Get a Private Mail box instead of a PO box. PO box says PO box right on the address, Private Mail boxes are just the street address and then a # so you can't even really tell it is a rented box. That way vendors who usually wont ship to PO box will still ship. Private mail boxes are way better in a lot of ways too, they can get mail from the most carriers (PO box is only USPS I think) and they usually have way less security (cameras, scans of IDS are usually not taken) than a PO box.

I personally think 95 percent of vendors would ship to a PO box though.

Getting a PO box in a different name is easy enough depending on the connects you have. You need two forms of ID, one needs to be picture ID like a drivers license and the second needs to be something to support that, student ID card or whatever. If you can get those it wont be too hard but keep in mind that it is serious crime to get fake IDs and another serious crime to open a box with them. Weigh the risk of what you are getting with the risk in getting a PO box.

Getting personal amounts of some exotic research chemicals that are not specifically scheduled? You really probably don't need a PO box unless you don't trust your vendor and are trying to safe guard your personal info from them.

Getting a ton of a specifically scheduled schedule one substance? Letting it wait in a fake name PO box for a few weeks before pick up is your best bet unless you have balls of steel.

    Also some tips:

    1. If you are white, spray a bit of hairspray on your fake ID prior to getting the box. This only works for white or light skinned people unfortunately. If they happen to take photo copies of ID where you get your box (they do at some places and some they don't, some places it is required by law and they usually will there but other places it is up to them and then they usually don't) the hairspray covering the face of your card will bend the light given off by the photo copier, causing the white/light areas of the card to turn very dark. This will make it a very low quality scan and it will be difficult for them to identify you based off the scan due to the twisted and dark look it will have.

    2. Let packages sit in po boxes for at least a week or so before picking them up. The more risky the order, the longer you should wait. Get a box that has 24/7 access. 24/7 constant surveillance gets expensive fast and after a week or so it stops being worth the money to bust you, and they will just seize your packages, flag your PO box (or shut it down), and leave.

    3. Wear hats and gloves when picking up packages. Keep your head low. They might have a camera, but chances are at a mom and pop place it will be a shitty one and if you wear a hat and keep your head low it will be hard to identify you from it (of course finding a place with no cameras is best). The gloves are so you don't leave prints inside or on your box, which can be used to track you down and or identify you.

    4. Try to find a PO box at a place run by people who are a race other than your own. It might sound racist, but I believe it is a proven fact that subtle differences in appearance between individuals of one race are harder to detect for members of other races. So they wont be able to give as good a description of you if the police ever question them.

    5. Obviously never call the place from your own phone if you need them to check something for you, call from a pay phone.

What if the people are the same colour but different ethinicity or other way around?

I really don't know I just know that it is established fact that people of different races in general recognize less distinguishing characteristics in members of other races than they do in members of their own race. I don't think it makes a huge difference though, especially if you only talk to them when you get the box and only come to get packs at night. Just sort of an added bonus if you can get one from a company run mostly by people who are not the same race as you, because in the rare event LE asks about you (assuming they didn't photocopy your ID, although the hairspray trick helps with this), they will not be able to give as good of a description of you as someone your own race probably could.

Instead of taking internet info as being true, how about testing it yourself? Then you will know for certain.

Here's what I did ..... and even you could do it.

Made copies of my driver's license on a B&W and a color copier ....
Sprayed the DL with hairspray ....
Made copies of the sprayed DL ....
Compared the unsprayed and the sprayed copies ....
Now I know for sure how well it works.

I also experimented with using different amounts and types of spray, and with different ways of removing the spray. It took an hour of my time and now I'm an expert on this subject.

Since you're in SanDiego, I hope that you aren't in the Navy.

The hairspray trick works decently but it is still better if they don't even take any photocopy at all. I wouldn't get a box at western union. You want to get a box in the poorest area you can go, because they are very unlikely to keep a photo copier on hand, they are less likely to give a fuck about following the law to the letter, they are less likely to have a good camera system, and cops will usually stick out a bit more.

If you get a mail box at a place that also handles large money wires, they are going to have a really nice camera system, follow the law by the book, for sure have a photocopier, and cops will blend in better. They will also possibly have more advanced equipment to screen the mail they process, shit that a none chain store mom and pop place in a poorer part of your area is highly unlikely to have.

Haha Ive said it before, you draw so much more attention to yourself with PO boxs, realize the government has no proof your using or selling the RC's, you just gotta say you have a bad roach problem and you heard these chemicals do the trick, remember shit must be proven without a doubt...so shady with your PO BOX's, be a badass and get them sent to you house like everyone else.... :)

"you just gotta say you have a bad roach problem and you heard these chemicals do the trick"

Let me just throw something out there...

Let's say I order an ounce of cocaine, or a couple vials of acid, and get popped. What do you think is going to happen in court when I say, 'I have a bad roach problem and heard these chemicals do the trick'?

In short, the law doesn't give a care what you thought. Ignorance of the law or the legality of the chemicals that you are ordering, does not stand up as an excuse in court.

My point? What matters is whether or not the substance you are ordering is controlled or is a prosecutable analogue of a controlled substance. Your excuse? Your claim? Your reason for ordering illegal chemicals? Irrelevant. That's MHO.

I agree. No one is going to believe you got psychedelics to kill roaches. The full thing with 'not for human consumption' was proven not to work with webtryp, but it is a persistent safety blanket people still use today -P. I think today it is mostly used by vendors who want their customers to feel safe enough to order chemicals of questionable legality so they can make more money. Before it might have had some legitimacy, but after webtryp I think the majority of people spreading that idea around are vendors trying to comfort customers and the customers of those vendors spreading the idea to their friends.

For research chemicals that are not specifically scheduled it is probably really not worth the risk to get a PO box. Dogs can't smell it, field tests wont detect it as something illegal, it isn't specifically illegal, and in the rare cases a pack is seized if it is personal amounts the person usually will get a love letter (note from customs saying a package addressed to you was seized and asking you if you want to claim ownership of it.... which you obviously don't want to do .... and saying if you don't claim owner ship it will be destroyed in a month or so) instead of a raid. Some people get Heroin, MDMA, Lsd, Coke, Weed ETC.... those people would be stupid to use anything but a fake ID po box.

The full idea behind a PO box is making it more expensive to bust you than it is worth to bust you. For 250 mg of some obscure research chemical, it is most likely going to be considered more expensive to bust you by merely setting up a controlled delivery and trying to prosecute you than it is worth. For an ounce of weed or coke though, it is well worth it for them to raid you in their opinion. It probably isn't worth ~$30,000 and the entire working time of 9 cops for a month though, which is a conservative estimate of how much surveillance would cost to do on a PO box for a month.

Let's guess a conservative number and say only 300 people are using Fake ID po boxes and letting shit in them sit for weeks or months, getting the conservative order amount of 3 packs a year, it would cost LE over 30 million dollars

(cops make about $40,000 a year, $40,000 / 365 days per year = 110 dollars a day per cop, there are around three shifts a day and each surveillance operation would have around three cops so $110 times nine $990 a day for 24/7 surveillance, $990 * 28 days in a month = $27,720 in man hours, a bit more for expenses like gas and equipment I would say around $30,000 a month per person, $30,000 * 300 people * 4 packs a year = $36,000,000 worth of surveillance)

over ten thousand agents for surveillance

(4 packs a year * 300 people * 9 cops a day = 10,800 cops across the world to do surveillance on all of them)

and near a million man hours a year to bust them all.

    (4 packs a year * 28 days a month * 24 hours a day * 300 people = 806,400 man hours)

And that is just to bust them all. Considering most these people are probably educated and well off enough to get lawyers and not incriminate themselves, plus probably using encryption and other defensive techniques to make prosecution harder (and FAR more expensive), it will probably cost tens of millions dollars more to successfully prosecute them for anything at all (just say a dude offered to pay you $500 to get his mail, you are a broke college student or whatever didn't use your brain, the box isn't in your name, there is no pictures of you on record, none of your finger prints in the box and all they got from your house was an encrypted computer, you WILLING AND READILY gave up a throw away passphrase [after talking to your lawyer] and they didn't find anything on it, there are no suspicious internet connections in your ISPs logs of you since you used Tor, and there are no records since you kept them all encrypted and hidden stenographically in pictures, and where is the dude who paid you well fuck it took so long to get a lawyer to talk to he must have got paranoid and ran off when you didn't show) all plus more man hours there too. Most people who did get busted and successfully prosecuted would get off with little time anyways, and in nine of ten cases the prosecutor is going to offer a sweat plea bargin to some trivial charges because they know they will have a hard as fuck time to prosecute with no evidence and a good story.

Not worth it for them to go to that much trouble for so very little, especially when they can bust 300 people with just as many or more drugs (and usually much more violent, nasty people, not to mention poorer less educated people who are far more likely to get cheap lawyers and incrimiate the hell out of themselves, or even confess, and who leave loads of evidence all over being extremely easy and cheap to prosecute) just by driving around the streets in the ghetto looking for speeders and shit.
