That was an acceptable form of protest. They came and made their point. There have been many demonstrations by Jews who don't support Israeli actions. None of them have turned violent.
Don't think these people support Hamas. They know them for the evil that they are. They don't want to see civilian lives lost and are willing to act to bring about peace. It is an act of charity on their part for the Palestinians.
This does nothing to prove you point. It proves that there are Jews who love and care for the plight of innocent Palestians.
