House is definitley haunted...

My house is only small but I'm almost certain that spirits live here with me.

My TV and radio will turn themselves on and off, I've actually stood there and turned my radio off and walked a few feet away for it to then turn back on on a different radio station...
My daughter has some musical toys which frequently go off during the night. At first I assumed it was the cats using it to jump up onto the window sill until one night when they were all in bed with me & my daughter and this toy went off playing a song.. this basically happens every night or so, there was one toy that I actually took the batteries out of and while it was still in my hand it started playing its music, I threw it away the next day lol.

Things in the kitchen go missing then reappear in random places (sometimes on top of the wardrobe, in the washing basket, in bags hanging by the front door)
My taps turn on and off in the kitchen and bathroom, infact in one of my first nights living here both sets of taps turned on basically full blast and I had to get up and switch them off.
I've forgotten to close my blinds at night then theyve been shut when I wake up in the morning (cats and toddler are all incapable of doing this)..
Knocks on the door but no one is there.
Weird noises at night time.
And in my daughter's room there is a cupboard with no door that has a curtain hanging infront of it, my cats all go puffy and hiss at it, will refuse to go inside even if I put food etc in there, yet they will happily get in my wardrobe, other cupboards etc..
Sometimes I've had a dream where I'll be in bed (in the usual place I sleep, the dream feels real and like its actually happening IRL) and I'll see a figure standing in the doorway looking over at me/the bed, I wake up at this point and I always open my eyes looking at the door, its really weird, its not scary though.
The weirdest thing happened once, a letter was posted through my door over night addressed to some Spanish name and address, I opened it because I was curious and it looked like a kind of tax return type form, all in spanish, really odd.

Last thing, is that none of my cats will sleep alone in the house, they are all always in my bed, if I put them out of the room and shut the door they will scratch at the door making noise all night and they won't sleep. Even in the evenings if I'm on the sofa and they are asleep next to me, if I even get up to go into the bathroom, when I get back they are all gone and usually all in my bed next to my daughter. It's really odd because in our old place they didnt all sleep in my bed, one did everynight but the others were happy to sleep anywhere else, even my new kitten (who hasn't even been here a week) will come into bed and curl up with the others even the one she doesnt really get on with...

I'm not scared, spirits are cool and I don't believe in evil really, just find it all a bit weird.

Anything else it could be? What do you think?

 

Is this your house or have you recently moved into it? If its just happened suddenly, an energy may be present from something you've bought into the property. On the other hand if you've recently moved into it who knows what the previous tenants were into lol.
You can search google for some easy spiritual house cleansing remedy or you could have an deep and meaningful to the place and hope the entity is interested in what you have to say.
The one part of your story that strikes me the most is your dreams. Now I've had those type before, but they extended into this presence always wanting me out of the house and it did this in many different ways. My dreams seemed only to be quite short but very eventful and they'd always end when I ran out my front door of the house. I'd wake up suddenly in shock not knowing where I was etc. Sometimes I never remembered even sleeping, I woke up just in my bed after a nightmare. Once I awoke so disorientated and in panic that I ran around the house, outside and all trying to find my girlfriend who was at work..
Anyway after waking up from these dreams and the occasional marks and scratches over my body in random places I decided to have a talk with my guru who came to decide that I possessed something recently that bought the entity inside my house.
We believed this entity was female because she'd screamed at me to get out of "her house" and threw pots and pans at me in one eventful dreaming episode.
I owned the place and I'd never experienced this before so I knew I'd bought the spirit inside. I had an idea what it was. Very sintimental value albeit not my own. Anyhoo I'd sat and had a good talk on my own, to nothing but my house for maybe 15-20mins. Reassured that whatever I owned would be looked after and so not to worry.
Long story short, never ever had another problem. In fact that night I had a special dream. It started the same. House had been robbed and something did not want me living there and the only thing that wasn't stolen was a safe of mine which was holding the said object I believe was responsible. And an angel visited me in the dream and told me not to worry, all was well and all will be okay. (his lips never onced moved but I heard clear as day.) All the stolen goods suddenly began to reappear and I awoke and was never bothered by any of it in that house again.

 

Mamapeace, what you are describing sounds like poltergeist activity. This energy is usally created by repressed emotion of some kind by someone living in the home and it takes on a life of its own. If there is anyone in the home carrying stress or anger or even sexual repression, that person could be responsible for this activity.

 

I don't own the house, its private rental and I've been here since the end of April this year. Its basically happened since I've been here. Nothing was left here by the previous tenant either. When I moved in I bought most of my furniture etc from second hand shops so it could be linked with something from there. Also, my daughters toy box is about 100 years old, it was my grandmas (she died about ten years ago) and she gave it to my dad who didnt use it, he then gave it to me when I moved in here and I sanded it down and repainted it...

The only thing is, I'm not bothered by it at all, I dont feel scared or intimidated even if I have the dream (I've had it maybe 4 or 5 times and its always the same)..the only bit that freaks me out is the toys going off because it catches me by surprise!

 

I live with a toddler and cats, then its just me. Other than that the most frequent visitors are my mum and her fiancee and my partner. My sex life is good and frequent, I'm stressed sometimes but not for long and the same with anger...

Unless its one of my visitors or even my neighbours that could cause it? I have other people here maybe 4 times a week

 

Nah I don't think it's coming from visitors. If you are certain that you aren't carrying any serious emotional baggage than it may very well be a spirit with its own intelligence and not a poltergeist afterall. Really sounds like classic polt. activity though.

Try to coexist but if it ever gets nasty you can banish it but I wouldn't be in a hurry to do that. I have a spirit of a little girl that every witch or gifted person who comes through here picks up on. She plays with toys too. When my kids left for the summer to visit the grandparent I heard her playing alone in my son's room. She was probably sad they were gone.

She does get spooky but not too bad and I don't have the heart to kick her out. Sometimes I think they can't help the spook factor.

 

The only thing that makes me think that the spirit inside the house is not benevolent, is the behaviour of the cats. If the cat's weren't so spooked, I wouldn't have worried. The spirit's activity seems rather neutral, but if the cats don't trust it, I don't trust it.

I would say do a ritual cleansing of all negative energies. That way, if the spirit is not a negative energy, the spirit won't be banished. If however the spirit does have not-so-benevolent intentions, or if it is a poltergeist, or any other manifestation of negativity, then a ritual cleansing would banish it.

I'm a spiritualist and I can tell you that your house is for sure haunted. All the signs are there. I would move out ASAP.

 

Don't move out. Appreciate the occasion and thank the Gods you're involved in something as remarkable as this. You should be enthused and excited to be apart of the spiritual world, not everyone gets the chance.
