   One of my notebooks an HP Pavillion operating Windows 10 is no longer recognizes hotspotting from my phone. What should I do? My other notebook gets internet from my phone.

   You might check the modem settings . You might check HP for new modem and chip set drivers.

   Open setting on computer, enable share with other device.
   May ask device identity.
   Or too..
   Plug in device to laptop to recognize.

   That was 8 months ago, so can' t quite remember. You take your notebook to a free wi-fi and check for updates.
