Would any of you lovely people happen to know how I would go about crafting my own sunblock? It turns out that broccoli juice is far more effective at reducing UV ray exposure than your average sunblock (source). Im not quite sure theres any sunscreens out there that contain broccoli juice, and id rather make my own anyway.

So, what should I do? I need to know what id use to emulsify the mixture, and what natural moisturizers there are that I could add.

...And how the hell do I get broccoli extract?

Squeeze broccoli until juice comes out?
    Put it on your skin?

Iii imagine if you used a juicer or food processor you could get a fair bit of juice that way? Wow. That's so interesting! I've never heard that before! Honestly though other than the using right kitchen equipment, getting broccoli juice would be a hell of an adventure!
