I used to wrap a dumbbell bar in a wash cloth to thicken it and soften it. Fashion a "head" out of a rolled over paper towel, assemble it all with some tape and wrap it in a condom.

I'm not into home made sex toys since I have no problem going to a local sex shop and picking what I want to try out. Before I was old enough to do so I used a banana or the smaller end of a cucumber in a condom.

The foam rubber from an old armchair cushion cut in half (for convenience of size).
Wrapped tightly in Clingfilm.
Folded in half, with packing tape wrapped around the outside to hold it in position.

The way I found this would work best was when I took my quilt, folded in 3, lengthwise, then rolled up, with the foam rubber 'vagina' in the middle of the quilt 'doughnut', then just have sex with it.

I've also had a degree of success by just using the quilt, without the foam rubber insert, but that frequently had the outcome of getting rather sore.
