I loooove garlic. I put garlic in pretty much everything. There is no reason to pit garlic and basil against each other; they're buddies! Put a few basil leaves on top of some sliced tomato, top with minced garlic, and melt some mozzarello cheese on top and you have one of the best healthy snacks ever. You're welcome.
