Hey metaphysical masters and mastresses: www.centerpointe.com Anyone ever heard of this? My boyfriend has been meditating using this program for the past 18 months and speaks highly of it. I started using it each day for the past week. I think there is something to be said for the connection between spirituality and the health of the body. Evidently, the sounds on the cds restore nerve endings in the brain. What do you think? mollybloom
I have been using it for 3 weeks and am wondering if it's real or a scam. I think it's real, but am not 100% sure yet - hoping someone will chime in!
Hi guys, yeah I've been following the holosync program for a while now and it's definately not a scam. It's inventor Bill Harris is one of the clearest teachers of practical spirituality I have come accross to date and is seriously well connected amongst thinkers and success authors. Although the audio technology has been associated with trippy experiences in some experiments (check out Monroe Institute for a comparison) Bill's intention with Holosync was to develop it for healing issues and personal growth. The basic premise of the technology is that two frequencies resonate in each ear and push your brain past its threshold and too readjust. It also facilitates a change in brain wave states in line with those measured in people in extreme deep meditation. In my expereince Centerpointe are an extremely caring company that are results oriented and the technology works. They also keep you well informed about the nuts and bolts of the technology when you sign up. You're probably best to check out bill Harris' blog on the website and get a feel for it that way, Okidokey guys, hope that helped, Grant
My friend started using centerpoint-holosync about 2 years ago. He of course was very excited .and continually hounded me to use it. I should start by telling you my friend is severely disabled & always on the look for the next cure all. Well months after hounding me to try it I finally consented. You should also know that I am severely disabled too. I will admit it was VERY relaxing, but hey! I can get that from doing relaxation breathing. Once you let centerpoint in your life good luck getting rid of them, they always have something new and of course it's only 179.00! I can smell a snake oil salesman a mile away and I'm sick and tired of people like Bill Harris taking advantage of people who are suffering greatly with dibilitating pain, knowing that they will pay anything in hopes that this will relieve their suffering & maybe the slim chance that they will feel normal again. Bill Harris's CRAP is stored under the bed with many thousands of dollars of other mirical gadgets. My friend used centerpoint daily if not 3-4 times a day. Then when my freind doesn't buy something that Bill ,buddy ol pal, thinks he needs why HE CALLS HIM. Come on people learn yoga, meditate, its free or cost little or nothing. Aren't you just a little leary why a damn cd cost 179.00, plus you'll never get rid of the guy. We just got a letter today, haven't bought anything in over 2 years, but nice guy bill is he's generously offering us a deal on all holosync levels for just 149.92, we save 1,705.00. please don't make this guy any richer it's a scam
If you really want to know how bill works check out accsotiate programs .com, just keep scrolling down and you'll find it
Hey, I can't speak of other peoples experiences with the program but I can say that this holosync meditation program dramatically changed my life in a great way. You do have to be patient with the program and it's not gonna be the cure-all immediately. It took me a few weeks until I started seeing significant changes in my life. You also must follow the directions of the program and only listen to it once a day. Bill harris is definitely not someone who is out to take advantage of people. He is a genuine guy who sincerely wants to change the lives of people. I was diagnosed with Bi-polar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and the symptoms have gradually been fading away since I started the program only 2 months ago. I used to dread just trying to make it through everyday and now I wake up excited of the potential of each day. It's very important that you read all the information they send you on how their technology works and it definitely helps to read the free book they send you. The technology brings up unconcious emotional uneasiness but that is just the sign of positive changes on their way. This program has improved my life in so many ways that I've been telling everyone I know to try it. It's hard to say it's a scam when they give you a 1 Year Money Back Gurantee. Trust me this program is legitimate and hundreds of thousands of people have experienced life-changing success.
I do not share your viewpoint here. Part of the cost of the CDs are the support and support materials. And I have met with Bill Harris and he is not scammer. I have been using Holosync since 2002. When I started out, I was on heavy medication, antidepressants, antianxiety meds, etc. I was even diagnosed as bipolar at one time and took meds for that for over a year and a half. I am now using the Purification levels. I no longer take any medication. I have no more symptoms of bipolar period. And over the last 30 years have given many, many times the amount of money to doctors, hospitals and various therapies, etc that I have traded with Bill for the technology he offers. Centerpointe's Holosync and the education that I have received from Bill's writings and the support I have received from his support staff via calls and emails have literally saved and transformed my life without question. Holosync and the listening to the CDs is not without cost. Obviously there is the monetary cost. But the other cost is the commitment to stick with it. Permanent, long lasting change rarely comes easily or without a price or sacrifice. I made a commitment to listen to the CDs. And I have done so daily for years now, even in the face of seemingly little progress at time and in the face of great overwhelm (which is simply my brain's resistence to the changes being made) at times. If you are taking any psychiatric medications, I don't recommend going off of them when you start Holosync. You will just naturally know when it is time to start weaning yourself off of them. It could take a few years of listening but without the Holosync, I would still be numb and dumb on the meds and I doubt I would be able to be doing the things that I do today and handle the stressors that I handle today without more meds and constant therapy. So to those who berate Bill for making money, I am sad for you. Just look at the fees doctors and pyschiatrists charge. And the pharmaceutical industry? And how often does their service effect permanent lasting change without continued reliance on drugs, drugs, and more drugs. And more diagnosis. I was diagnosed and re-diagnosed for 15 years. The final diagnosis was "mixed feelings" bipolar. I could handle very little stress and had to go on disability for a while. I took the drugs but I continued with Holosync and finally due to a lay off from work and loosing my insurance, I could no long afford their expensive visits and drugs. Out of concern for myself, I let my friends know and asked them to help me monitor my behavior so that if they saw that I was behaving in ways that seemed out of the norm, if my attitude was deteriorating, or if I was becoming deeply depressed to let me know what they were observing. When I ran out of the last of my bipolar medication, I was nearing the end of the Awakening Levels. I have started the Purification levels now and it has been over a year since I have been off the meds and no symptoms. My ups and downs are normal and I am going through some of the most stressful times of my life. People are amazed at how I am handling my life. I even have a psychiatrist friend who says that he isn't sure if he would be handling his life as well as I am mine in the face of what I am going through financially now and otherwise. That's my story. Do with it what you will. But I decided to purchase the entire program a long time ago because after using it, I just knew intuitively that this was what I needed and I held the hope that someday, I would no longer need drugs to cope with life and that what I had been "diagnosed" with was just how my brain had created a way to survive in the world at a very early age. Changing that was the key. And that is what listening to Holosync has done for me. I will continue with the entire program.
I didn't even read your post before I posted. It is great to read that someone else is recovering from a bipolar/generalized anziety disorder diagnosis. I have read over and over where these kinds of things are happening with people who commit to listening to the holosync cds. I agreee with you that it is important to read the support materials and use the support hotline and staff at Centerpointe. The technology can facilitate a lot of emotional upheaval in some. It did me, but I knew that even with therapy, things can seem worse before they get better. And if you are on medication, stay on it as long as you need to. You will know when it is time to wean yourself off.
Here is another program that is helping people with bipolar, ADD, ADHD, etc. http://www.metatones.com/
I'm new to the Holosync and I have a question. I actually purchased the discs over a year ago but recently started using them since February. In any event, I stopped for about 2 weeks so my question is this: In the beginning you have to use the Dive for 14 days THEN you add the Immersion. So if you stop do you have to start over (meaning do I have to go back to using the Dive again for 14 days then add in the immersion)or can I continue where I left off playing both the Dive and Immersion?
No, you don't have to start over but you can always call or email Centerpointe support for questions like these. The effects are cummulative and permanent.
Thank you for the information. I have tried to contact the support team but it's often a tedious and fruitless process so now I'm turning to the forums with my questions. And thank you again for the information.
u know ive never heard of this but have been doing it my whole life with regular music, well actually my fav music to use is psytrance or something ambient like shpongle. i wonder if its the same thing.
I have been meditating for an hour everyday since 1988 when I got very ill with chronic fatigue. I have been fine ever since then but I decided to meditate to counterbalance a busy life style and to keep myself healthy. I was introduced to holosync in 2004 and have been using it everyday (99%of the time) since then. I do feel a difference between what I was doing and now using holosync to meditate for an hour. It is expensive and but its not a big price for your health. I find that I am able to see other peoples perspectives easier and I am generally less likely to get upset. So for me it has worked and I am in the process of ordering again in the next few days.
Hi folks. Reading this thread led me to this forum and registering with you. I have been using Holosync for a couple of weeks. I bought it because I met someone at a kriya yoga initiation who spoke highly of it. She said that she routinely saw blue phosphates (lights that are produced without photons in the retina of the eye) and that it made her more spiritually aware. So I thought I'd give it a go as TM and other other sorts of meditation come hard with me and I struggle to progress with 'em. 2 weeks in I do not feel any discernible difference, behaviourally or for that matter spiritually. How long does it take before changes are noticed? What sort of changes? I certainly haven't felt any thus far that I'm aware of, but of course trhat is no indictment of Holosync, it might be that things start happening later and not immediately. One thing I have noticed though is a sense of giddiness or vertigo sometimes after a meditation. Anyone else get this?
hi, i have been doing holosync for a little while, now on awakening level 3, going through a bit of a rough patch emotionally but it will pass. i was very motivated to read deltadiver's posts. i am on quite a bit of medication and have been for several years due to anxiety, insomnia, etc. i have been slowly weaning off my medication for a while now, without the holosync i would not have any hope of ever being free of the mess i found myself in. holosync really is changing me at a very deep level. i searched for years for something, anything to help me, nothing ever worked for long. i can honestly say holosync is helping me to be the 'me' i always knew i could be. just wanted to share my experience, maybe it can help someone.
This is just like I-Doser I-Doser IMO is better. >jailbreak iPod/iPhone >Install installous package >Install I-Doser via installous along with all the audio free (prem) >????? >profit!!!! All kinds of crazy shit can happen such as OOBE, weird visuals, and overall feel good about yourself feeling. [High, hence I-Doser]
Although i have novice experience in meditation. I do know that very few practices of meditation are benefited by music. Music is usually too distracting for a beginner meditating. The usual purpose of meditation is to clear the mind to start with, and it's hard to do that when listening to music.
