Holocaust revisionism

Ok erm, I know this stuff gets a lot of hate, but hey I mean if you don't like it then the options surely are to either ignore it as ignorant, or give counter-evidence.

It's by a Jewish man (he claims to be, anyway).

Another share of it named the video "The Lies of the Holocaust", which of course is more eye-catching but the channel that shared it is pretty questionable and of course, the video is not actually called that. This version is also slightly higher quality.

My only concern about this is that, in sixteen contries, the expression of doubts concening the holocaust or the details of the holocaust has been criminalized.

 

A lot of what we know the Holocaust to be are blatant exaggerations and flat-out lies, but people are automatically called anti-Semites for believing that, even in light of evidence which contradicts the official line, because establishment history is always right and never has a political agenda.

A real Holocaust would be what the Jews are doing to Muslims, in particular Palestinians, but you never hear about their plight. They're terrorists, but the Zionists are not.

The Holocaust was needed by the Rothschild family to gain the sympathy needed from people to create the state of Israel, as well as neutralize the ongoing atrocities committed by people who are Ashkenazi Jews, against the people of the world -- gentile and non-gentile alike.

 

I 3rd that. I don't even know in which way they 'revision' things exactly (since this is about the holocaust and in the conspiracy forum I have my suspicions though) so I should first watch at least an hour and a half of footage to get in on the topic of which the OP has not specified much?
If it's about refuting the use of gas chambers and such I don't wanna watch it anyway. When you know the facts you know denying the holocaust is for people who can't accept the facts.

 

You don't? You certainly can encounter a lot about it online, and sporadically in the news as well (granted it's not being called a holocaust and neither should it have to be imo). And wouldn't you mean 'another real holocaust' instead of a real holocaust? Even if there are exaggerations by some or even in general does not make it fictional right.

So you're telling me that journals my great great grandma kept while in Aushwitz are blatant exaggerations? Sounds like the typical case of ignoring history to suit one's own needs. Yes the Holocaust has been over sensationalized, but that was in the past. Most younger people I've talked to know very little about the subject, or even what lead up to it. Millons of deaths, including those of Gypsies, gays, the disabled, and even Jehovah's Witness. It was not just the Jews who suffered for this travesty, they're just the sensationalized portion of this. Although out of 11,000,000 total in estimation 6,000,000 of them were Jews. I'm sure you already know that though. Probably think the estimates are cooked or something.

 

The most Undesirables came from the Russian front.. Einsatzgruppen.

After the fall of Stalingrad in February 1943, Himmler realized that Germany would likely lose the war, and ordered the formation of a special task force, Sonderkommando 1005, under SS-Standartenführer Paul Blobel. The unit's assignment was to visit mass graves all along the Eastern Front to exhume bodies and burn them in an attempt to cover up the genocide. The task remained unfinished at the end of the war, and many mass graves remain unmarked and unexcavated.[106]
By 1944 the Red Army had begun to push the German forces out of Eastern Europe, and the Einsatzgruppen retreated alongside the Wehrmacht. By late 1944, most Einsatzgruppen personnel had been folded into Waffen-SS combat units or transferred to permanent death camps. Hilberg estimates that between 1941 and 1945 the Einsatzgruppen and related agencies killed more than two million people, including 1.3 million Jews.[107] The total number of Jews murdered during the war is estimated at 5.5 to six million people.

 

Even if those numbers would be exaggerated by let's say 2 million, would that make it any less real or atrocious?

Hm, there is a bit of a mess of controversy surrounding the David Cole stuff. Death threats towards him, reports of disinformation in the video, all sorts.

I'll do more research sometime soon, but anything that restarts the debate is good in at least that way I think

ah, one other thing I think I should say.

At the end of the day, whichever side of the fence you're on (and I'm glad I'm not the only skeptic here), I think it's wonderful that we can actually HAVE this discussion. Often, it just feels like we have this wonderful thing called free speech, until it comes to the Holocaust or often Israel too.

So, let's HAVE the discussion, let's ACCEPT that there are two sides to this debate and there ARE people who disagree. The facts and the truth will speak for themselves, after all, whatever they are.

If the truth is so clear and there is nothing to hide, then there is no problem with the debate, right?

I, for one, do just want the TRUTH.

Anywho erm, I'll be back on the PC in a bit, take care all and peace out - sorry if the topic makes people uncomfortable, but surely the solution to that isn't to just never, ever bring it up to anyone and accept what we are told without investigation and debate?

People debate 9/11 and all kinds of terrible events. We need to keep things open because that's what free speech is all about

Nobody here seems to argue that it shouldn't be able to be discussed. There seems to be more than one person here wondering what YOU exactly are skeptic about though. The whole thing? So perhaps expand on that in your next post.

 

WTF! I'm kinda disappointed. After seeing some of the responses, I went and made some popcorn cuz I was certain there was going to be some kind of drawn out conflict. But what did I get instead? An empty forum and cold popcorn . . .
