Tis a PA dutch thing.. and not every one from PA even likes it but i grew up having it once or twice a year and i didnt even know what it WAS until i was 15 or 16 and i have always loved it.

have you ever tried it? if so... did you like it or not?

to me it seems that the people that dont like it, werent accustomed to it... i mean, for example- if you grew up thinking it was discussing to eat cows and that cows are pets or sacred... if you moved some where where they ate cows, you would be weirded out.

this dish is good but it's a bit different BUT i fail to see that its any more different then any other dish of animal meat.

you take the outer lining of a pigs stomach and cut it really thin.. then you stuff it with chopped potatoes, sausage and celery and parsely...

yep... some people think it's sick but really it's no more sick then eating other parts of an animal and i think it's yummy :)
