well..after the Vancouver Canucks won their first round playoff, before they had begun i said if they win, i'm going to go out and buy a 100% authentic Roberto Luongo Jersey, for those who dont know, he's pretty much the best Goalie in the world right now, and also the starting goalie for my team, the Vancouver canucks, without further adue: 425? fuck as always Spittin-Knowledge.com only does the best just for those who dont know, this is the exact jersey he wears on the ice, it's made by RBK, every logo is 100% Stiched, as well the 2nd pic is the "Fight Strap" which connects to their pants to hold the jersey down in tustles etc. not to mention, my dad's got a hookup to get this bitch signed by the man himself GO CANUCKS!
how much is that in real money? JK But damn that looks nice and your gonna get it signed thats awesome.
Hockey is ok to watch, but it is way more fun to play! I used to rip it up on the ice. I'm still pretty good, but I can't turn or stop as suddenly as I could when I played in middle school and 2 years in highschool. BTW, come next winter olympics the USA mens and womens teams are gonna wipe the floor with Canada, you just watch!
BTW.. nice jersey.. i use to own a 100% authentic Minnesota Golden Gophers hockey jersey... i forgot it at an ex's... fuck!
this makes me want to go to a bluejackets game. To bad there like the worst team in the league or whatever i think
i prefer my authentic signed sakic sweater ( I can't believe you called it a jersey). But that's a pretty legit setup.
Brodeur looks like he's kinda lackin though when they show the highlights, i don't know i haven't watched any of New Jersey's games, but Brodeur is by far my fav goaltender
hes an amazing goaltender! and hes been doing good lately. 31 out of 31 shots blocked two games back. last game 32 of 34 shots blocked.
haha i forgot, when i refrenced Lu as being the best goalie in the world, i was gonna put in a special asterix for you regarding Roy lol but yea a signed sakic is money too
Yes..but he seems like he's only sticking around to break Roy's records, he's definatly past his prime, as well Luongo is going to be the starting goalie for team Canada in 2010 and most likely Lu will pass alot of his marks over his career, as Luongo only turned 28, 2 months ago i know it just sounds like blabbering, but u really have to see Luongo in person, even people who are DIE HARD patrick Roy fans watch lu with amazement, he's definatly one of a kind not to mention, one could argue Broduer's stats are padded by the system the devils play
I think a goalie to watch next year will be Niklas Backstrom.. he came off the bench and produced well.. he needs more time and experience to handle playoffs though.. as you could see.... BTW... Nick Shultz was added to the team Canada roster
I am still a fan of Nabokov...any goalie that used to smoke cigs between periods is badass. Roy was a beast!! he got pissed at his wife one night and ripped their french bedroom doors off the wall. Not that it takes super strength to do that, but it takes super frustration to destroy a multi million dollar mansion. I've got his sig. on a hat.
I guess not being much of a sports guy I can't understand the bond, but if I had an authentic $400 jersey and it was signed by the dude who's jersey it was, I would eBay that so hard. Oh and sorry I violated the rule hockey fans only, I just kinda get blazed and occasionally zone out on a rangers game here and there lol idk if that qualifies me to be here
to me, having that item in my possesion is worth more then any amount i would be willing to pay for you dont have a strong bond to any sort of professional sports league?
Luongo's pretty sick but I'd still take Brodeur over him any day. The guy set a single season record for wins this year (I know Luongo was only 1 back but I think he's got a better team in front of him). As for your comments regarding the Devils defensive minded style of play, it's also worth pointing out that New Jersey's defensive depth is not nearly what it used to be(Stevens, Niedermayer, Daneyko), but they are still winning like they used to. The reason is Martin Brodeur. BTW, sorry bout tough break tonight in game one DJ. That series is gonna be a tough one for both teams.
