    Hi there,
actually I'm not quiete sure if this is the right place for this question as I'm a new member. So if this post is in the wrong category, please tranfer this :)

I'm a student from Germany and I'm working on a paper about the communes that were established during the 1960s, especially in the US. Right now I'm desperately looking for people who lived in one of these communes and would like to comment on how life was back then. Everything is requested!
I' d like to be able to put some citations into my work, but if you rather stay incognito that would be fine with me. Just tell me something about the everyday life that´s not written in the specialized books, something more "real" and personal!
So if you have anything to tell me, please feel free to write here or contact me via monamiesekatze@web.de
    Thanx!

I can help you. I was at UCLA in Los Angeles during late 60's and visited and lived in several communes

That is way before my time but you should post your paper or a link to it when you are done. It is a subject I find interesting.
I was reading an article about green mountain communes in the 60s the other day here is a link if you haven’t read it already.
