I was just wondering what Hippish/antiwar/protest slogans and paintjobs people might have remembered seeing on cars back in the 60's and 70's. Have a nice day, PhysicTrip
Peace, dare to differ war doesnt prove whos right, it shows whos left. the second is a quote form someone. i tink Abbie? isnt it? i dont remember but it si good! why not be creative and make your own slogan? and if you would like to know some groovy paint variations get on a trip and paint what you see! i was just thinkning what would happen if someone painted so good that something happened. look at this as comedy! someone in a phycadelic paint jobbed van, car, truck whatever is going through a 4 way intersection & someoen else hits you. they get out of there car, whatever and says But i thought i was being sucked in that hole. and you say Thats my paint job!! hehe. must have beena good paint job! later the tired flower child
A freak accident on the California highway. Two freaks in a pickup collided with three freaks in a van.
I was looking for a copy of the phrase. It was a poster that was usually psychedelic under black lighting and it read : "WAR IS NOT HEALTHY FOR CHILDREN AND OTHER LIVING THINGS."
Hey thanks guys, those are some good ones. The only thing that i have personally came up with that I think might be good enough to paint on the side of my car when i finally get the bread to purchase it finally is.......... Everything is Art, Everyday is a New Gallery. whatchya think? Peace and out, PhysicTrip
I saw a hippie van on the expressway to chicago last week. It was a volkswagon van and the bottom half painted red and top half painted white. There were no slogans, but a bunch of grateful dead stickers on it and the guy driving it looked like jerry garcia. and lots of tie dye...it was so fucking great to see that van!
You See It's In The Air, It's Nearly Out Of Reach.(did I Get That Right?) All The Boys Of Summer Have Gone Home..i Guess I'll Just Play With Myself. In A Loving Caring Way.
I remember a bumper sticker that read: “Why switch dicks in the middle of a screw Vote for Nixon in ‘72”
